Terri is a native of San Marcos, California attending San Marcos High School and Palomar College. She brings over twenty two (22) years of experience in the Hospitality industry starting as a Hostess and working her way up to now “General Manager” over two of the busiest Irish Pubs in San Diego County.
A tireless individual who does not punch the clock, rather, is always there until the job gets done, as customers will attest.
Terri manages and organizes all “Party Events” such as birthday, retirement, hail and farewell, business networking, and wedding celebrations. The Banquet Room facilitates up to forty (40) Patrons and Terri tailors each event to the particular customer’s desire, need, and budget.
As the role states, Terri oversees the operation of both the Carlsbad & Escondido Pubs. This includes all staffing, financial, product control, musical bookings, scheduling, vendor relations, and supervising fifty four (54) employees at both locations.
Terri is also a devoted “Mom” juggling schedules between the two hats she wears and, as we all know, the Mom role is paramount. She does both very well.
